Autonoma Affiliate Program Terms

1. Commission

Approved affiliates earn 10% of the plan value of each of the first 6 monthly payments made by a merchant who installs Autonoma through the affiliate's link. Commission is calculated on the amount Autonoma actually receives for the subscription (after Shopify's billing deductions, excluding taxes) and stops after the 6th monthly payment of each referred merchant.

Free trials, one-time charges, usage credits, bonus quota and plan changes do not earn commission on their own; only settled monthly subscription payments do.

2. Payouts

Commissions are tracked and paid through First Promoter's payout infrastructure (Stripe Connect or PayPal Mass Pay, as offered in your First Promoter affiliate portal). You must complete First Promoter's payout setup — including any tax forms and identity checks it requires — before a payout can be made.

Payouts are made monthly once your approved balance reaches USD 50. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next cycle.

• Minimum payout threshold: USD 50.
• Hold period: each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment that earned it, so refunds and chargebacks can settle first.
• Payout fees charged by the payout provider (if any) are borne by the affiliate.

3. Refunds and reversals

If a referred merchant's payment is refunded, charged back or reversed within 30 days, the commission earned on that payment is reversed. Reversed commissions are deducted from your pending balance; if they have already been paid out, they are deducted from future payouts.

4. No self-conversion

You may not use your own affiliate link — or have anyone acting on your behalf use it — to install Autonoma on a store you own, operate or control. Self-conversions earn no commission and are grounds for termination. First Promoter's fraud checks (matching e-mail, matching IP address, paid-ad traffic) flag suspected self-conversions for review.

5. Disclosure requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid partnership with Autonoma wherever you promote it. In the United States this is required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255); equivalent rules apply in Australia under the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC guidance on influencer advertising), in the United Kingdom under the CAP Code and CMA guidance, and in the European Union under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive as implemented in each member state.

• Put the disclosure where people will see it before they click — for example "#ad" or "affiliate link" at the start of a caption, or spoken at the start of a video.
• Do not claim earnings, results or features that Autonoma does not deliver, and do not present yourself as Autonoma or as an employee of ON Technologies Pty Ltd.
• Do not bid on Autonoma's brand terms in paid search, use Autonoma's trademarks in domain names or social handles, or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) containing your link.

6. Applications and approval

Applications are reviewed by hand and we aim to respond within 3 business days. We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion and without giving a reason. Approval creates an affiliate account for you in First Promoter under the e-mail address on your Shopify store.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for fraud, self-conversion, misleading promotion, missing disclosures, spam, trademark misuse or any other breach of these terms or of applicable law. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions are forfeited. You may leave the program at any time by e-mailing us; commissions already earned and not reversed remain payable subject to the minimum payout threshold.

We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice by e-mail or in-app notice. Changes to the commission rate apply to merchants referred after the change takes effect.

8. Relationship to the peer referral program

The peer referral program (bonus credits for you and the store you refer) is separate from the affiliate program. A merchant who installs through your affiliate link is attributed to the affiliate program only; the same install is never rewarded twice.

9. General

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of ON Technologies Pty Ltd. You are responsible for any taxes due on your commissions. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
